The spacious Royal Suite provided us with the perfect base, complete with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and stunning views of the surrounding olive trees. Each morning, we relished an exceptional breakfast on the covered terrace, where local produce was front and center-offering a taste of Istria that resonated with my passion for supporting sustainable food practices. One of the highlights of our stay was attending a workshop where we learned to prepare Istrian dishes with a contemporary twist. Sharing this experience with my family fostered a deeper appreciation for local cuisine and culture-an invaluable memory we now cherish.
